It's been a week since Jack proposed and I'm still beyond ecstatic -- I feel like the luckiest girl in the whole wide world! Thank you, everyone, for all your well wishes and super sweet words! They really mean so much to me.

Things have been slow around here as I'm still recovering from the whirlwind of the past seven days -- it feels very odd to just go about my day after such a monumental event. So this post is my attempt to try and regain some sense of normalcy. I feel like it's somewhat awkward, though. Probably because I don't really know what to say and I just want to yell -- I'M ENGAGED -- over and over again. (If you follow me on Twitter and Facebook, you may notice I've been relatively silent there as well.)

So I hope you bear with me as I work to get my composure (and my ability to form sentences) back.
